Gharbieh Reham has a Bachelor of Science degree faculty of pharmacy, medical sciences department from Al-Ahliyah Amman University.
She Joined Al Urdonia Lil Ebda (AULE) in September 2006, and became the chief executive officer in 2009, working hard along following years so that AULE now owns and manages three innovation centres: north innovation centre - Jordan innovation centre at Al Hassan industrial estate - opened in June 2006 under the patronage of His Majesty King Abdullah II – King of Jordan.
By early 2008, AULE established the first ICT business incubator in Irbid which is the only one outside the capital Amman. In 2009, AULE granted a European fund to establish the first business incubator in the south region of Jordan at Al-Karak city under the name of ‘South Business Innovation Incubator’.
In March 2010, AULE was accredited the EC- BIC logo for three years without any mandatory conditions, and on November 2010 AULE become a board member of Asia Science Park Association (ASPA) – (Korea and Japan)
